Victor Harbor Holiday Park

Unprofessional staff, messy bookings, they aren't able to manage or keep track of the business, which is very unfortunate as we used to love this place. We made a booking and cancelled two days later via phone call. Via email was given credits to use at the park for 12mnths. But received multiple calls enquiring about not attending the cancelled booking dates as they failed to readjust everything on there end and got scammed out of my money, and my booking due to there negligence. They ignored multiple emails, kept telling me they would call me back to fix this issue to which they never did. Started hanging up each tine I called. Not taking ANY accountability. There staff was rude, unprofessional, yelling, stating there personal life and inappropriate private issues that myself nor any other customer should have to know about. Rooms and stay is quite ordinary to the all other parks in the area. Stay safe and avoid the trouble. !!

Place is in desperate need of a makeover. Older cabins had a few issues which were attended to and the new owners acknowledged that there is a bit of work to be done to get it to a standard they are happy with which is a sign of great commitment! Great location, great pool and water park facilities though.

My stay at Victor Harbour Holiday Park was great! My stay consisted of: Me, My mum, My stepdad and my sister. The waterpark was magnificent but besides the swirly slide they were out of order, definitely not good. The heated pool was good. Never got to go in the other pool due to the weather haha. The bathrooms are clean and well looked after. We stayed in our caravan. The playground and the bike platform is good for kids. Very sad that the bouncy pillow wasn’t fixed since i was told it has been like that for a few weeks. Because of the school holidays i wouldve thought it would be fixed for the kids. Overall i still think it was a very good stay. The sandpit was also an amazing idea with the tennis ball game.

This was an excellent campaign ground for kids. The water slides are amazing. Plus mini golf and a pump track. Kitchen areas are also great. Wish we had been there in school holidays to experience more of what they have to offer

First time staying at the park, not enough trees around to get shade with campers, the pool only has a tiny shade over it so little relief from the sun, the male bathrooms are always flooded with water and mud not cleaned often enough and the showers have no storage to place clean clothes, towels and toiletries, they need a bench or something to put your stuff, so annoying by yourself let alone with kids. The waterslides are great for the kids but it really needs some shade and somewhere more for the parents to sit and watch out of the sun. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the front desk.
