This was our second stay at Victor Harbor Holiday Park, and it was an even better experience than the first. Our children enjoy camping, so we stayed in a tent. The facilities made camping comfortable. The restrooms were so clean & well-maintained. The pool, BBQ area & kids' playground were all in good condition. There was a small issue with a camping BBQ not working, but staff fixed it when we called. A tip for the water slide - wear a long swimsuit to protect your back skin, as it can get a bit rough if you have sensitive skin. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, addressing issues promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. We found the other guests to be just as friendly. It was nice chatting with people from different states, and we even picked up a few tips from fellow campers. The park is well-located & close to local attractions. Our 2nd visit was enjoyable, and the park continues to be a good choice for a family holiday. We’ll likely return. Thank you!

We came on holiday from NZ and stayed here for 4 days. We were so pleased with our cabin (Endeavour cabin) and the park facilities were awesome for kids, my 5 year old loved the pools, slides, playground and pump track. The park is private and quiet, has a coffee cart on site and a food truck that comes in (unsure if that was every night in January). It's a short drive (or long walk, about 1.5km) into town to the IGA or other amenities, and slightly further to where the cafes etc are. The reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was great. We had a budget cabin. Besides a few little fixes I think are needed, it was great. The cleaners have done a good job. The staff were really helpful. We didn't use all of the facilities, so I don't know how they were. Like the BBQ. The games room was ok. The pool area was great. The jumpy thing was also great. We used the park bikes for the kids and they were good too. Overall we really enjoyed the stay here. Its not like we went to the park and stayed in the park the whole holiday either. We visited other areas of victor harbour and goolwa.

I am so disappointed but so happy at the same time. I took myself and my teenage daughter and son on a little mini vacation for my sons 17th Birthday. Having been here on two other occasions 2 years ago and 5 years ago I was excited knowing what to expect. Everything previously was perfect!! I have never been more embarrassed and disappointed (only in the room). I don't know if the park has changed hands but these once beautiful cabins were now old, dinghy, rundown filthy messes! I knew straight up on arrival it wasn't going to be good as the whole front of the cabin (deck and furniture) was covered in seagull poop. I wasn't happy but I could have overlooked that if when I opened the cabin door I wasn't greeted with horrific smell, dirt foot prints over the kitchen area and all carpets in the bedrooms, dust an inch thick and mould to all wet areas and bathroom ceilings. I was absolutely gob smacked that for almost $300 for 2 nights this was the standard of accommodation we were expected to accept. So disappointing but there was no use complaining as we needed somewhere to stay. The service however in the office and to arrange our out of hours check-in was by far the best experience I have ever had and so easy!!! The location and facilities the park offers are by far the best I have ever seen and the people were so kind to us. Also the slushy machine in the front office was a game changer after swimming on a 36 degree day. We would return easily!

Great place to stay with the kids. Lots to do for them. Pools, slides, bike track, jumping pillow. Need some more trees and shade around pool and slides are for adults if not in the water.
