Absolutely great service especially Kelly front desk thank you for shuffling and fitting our 37ft in. Managers are great to talk too make you feel welcomed. Clean very quiet park. Not much lighting. Great swimming area pool and slides, playground for little ones and small jumping pillow kids say bit hard.. We would definitely stay again. Close to great pizza and Chinese behind park close to Fairfield shopping center. Thank you all.

Stayed 7 nights in motel unit bed was good. Rooms serviced only after 7days .small cockroaches running around. Toilet didn't flush a lot of the time after 3complaints.it wasn't like it was cheap either would not stay again Garry weller stay from 16 to 23 August 2024

Do not stay here if you can book elsewhere stay elsewhere. Made a booking and the lady understood we were working in the area and may not stay the entire time our rooms were booked this was ok with the lady. Gave card details and first night was taken as deposit. Lady advised the rest would be taken out on departure. After first night the entire amount was taken out of my account without my permission. They were contacted and we were advised we would be refunded. My workmate rang and spoke with a different lady who advised no refund will be given only a credit. Scam straight up. I rang this lady and advised of the condition we made the booking and she told me that policies had changed but we were never told when we made booking. I than ask why she had withdrawn the money out of our accounts whilst we had not even left we were advised that money would be taken out on departure. She then became not interested in talking accusing me of abusing her and hung up. I had the conversation on load speaking so my co workers could hear. She then reported me for abusing her to my boss which has caused me to have no further employment with this company because of her lies. My advise is to stay away from this park while this person is in charge of accounts. The room they provided had not been cleaned the bed had been slept in and not changed since the last person was in it the rubbish was piled up in the bin under the sink and the room smelt of urine I'd say someone had been urinating in the kitchen sink cause the toilet was a distance away. Room was disgusting. Pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.

We arrived Tuesday to stay in one of their “new” cabins. When first walking into this new cabin I immediately noticed how disgusting the walls were & that the cot we had requested wasn’t provided (was rectified though) but I had to clean a lot of spots on the walls before we could bring our stuff in. Then I noticed everything was dirty. The skirting boards, the floor, everything had hair & dust on it. The tap was broken & not secured. The blind in the main bedroom was missing its pull chain so we couldn’t open or close it. Underneath the couch was filthy with other people’s rubbish under it. The fridge wasn’t clean & contained bits of mould. The shower was what shocked me the most though! The mould, grime & green/yellow much was foul! Every time water hit it little pieces would break off into the shower water which was gross! This was all built up around the bottom of the shower frame along with dirty tiling in the shower & some form of animal poo on the window sills. The carpets are stained & very clearly dirty. Cushions on the couch had stains on them. There is a wall shelf under the tv which is very unstable so for children it’s dangerous as it’s at their height, actually lower & not safe. The little toilet room floor was very dirty behind the toilet bowl & the toilet bowl itself was filthy! There were ants when we arrived so I bug sprayed but they were back the next day & we hadn’t left any food out! The handle in the bathroom to wind the window out was shattered. There is absolutely no privacy or protection from the morning sun. It’s on an extremely busy main road so very loud at all times. There was also road works going on the entire time we were there. The little blue slide in the kids pool area bruised my kids something bad because of it’s poor design, risen parts that hit you & how steep it is also is quite dangerous in that depth of water. Both my children played at the water park the first 2 days & then got sick with Gastro - they had not left the park the entire time. The design of the pebbled pool makes for very easy stubbing of toes & ripping of skin. The signal out there is terrible & the parks wifi doesn’t even allow you to use Netflix ect even though they are smart TV’s. We did like the HDMI inputs in the wall! There are sliding doors in the bedrooms but no mirrored ones which you would certainly expect for the price. We paid $781 for 3 nights during the week. We certainly won’t be staying again for the simple fact even their new cabins are in terrible shape maintenance wise & cleanliness wise & the price just cannot be justified. I am a Google Guide & stay many many places - it’s not often I say “we won’t be back” & can’t find at least 3 positives but unfortunately this is one of those times. The reception ladies were lovely, I will say that! Upon arrival we were told several times to make sure we do not leave anything outside & to make sure we lock our doors… so I’d say crime is also an issue as we have only heard this once before - in Halls Creek, WA. Yes all places advise you to do those things anyway but this was stressed to us so one can only assume crime is bad.

We had a great site near the water park, quite noisy at night cause people tended to party at the bbq there. Amenities were ok, quite dated.
