Stayed here for the week while on work. Didn't use the various amenities, but the rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Would have been set up reasonably well to self cater in the room with basic kitchen supplies and a good stove.

As a person who visits here every year I think it is outstanding. The staff are amazing, the rooms are big, and there are many activities that keep you entertained for hours. Overall I highly recommend this resort and another thing I want to add is the happy new year fireworks view near the beach they are amazing and your kids would love it here

Stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom terrace apartment. The apartment was very spacious and well kept, adequate space for a family of 4, could fit 2 more in the living room where there is a comfortable L shape couch. The apartment is equipped with full kitchen, laundry and barbecue facilities. There is a 2nd toilet which is a plus, and a big bathroom with 2 showers. There is even a private terrace next to the barbie with an outdoor seating. Warm pool and mini gold course are a hit for kids. The filtered water refilling station is also a plus. The gate is secured with access codes only provided to guests. Reception staff are friendly and accommodating. Now the cons, i thought it was a beachfront property as advertised, but it is actually behind a residential area facing the beach, which is like a 500 meters walk. We ended uo driving to the beaches nearby anyway where rock pools are more suitable for younger kids. The room is clean, beds are comfy, but the sheets are rough and could be better. The bathroom needs some shelves to put toiletries in. Rather than setting up foam soap on the dispenser, a proper bath gel and shampoo would be appropriate for the bathroom. Overall great value for the facilities and the location. Will come back if the rates are competitive as there are a number of similar hotels in the area.

Great place to stay, we go there alot. Very convenient. Has an indoor heated pool, spa and sauna. Rooms are very clean. Only the pillows were very uncomfortable but otherwise great.

This place is decent/average. The cabin we stayed in was ok, the main room was right where the door was which I found I didn't like, but we were only there for 2 days so it wasn't a big deal. Bathroom small, shower was small and no where really to put your bathroom amenities and your face washers. The curtain would get so wet it would wet the floor so that was a pain. Our toilet kept running so had to turn it off at the back which was annoying when using it, having to turn it on and then off once flushed. The rooms are old but functional. The top bunk was quite close to the wall so my 15yr old couldn't fit so she opted to sleep on the lounge chairs with her sister. The kitchen had everything you needed but we didn't really need to use anything besides cups for drinks. There is a coffee machine also in the cabin which looked great but we didn't get to use. Fridge was great in there and held all our snacks well. The walls are thin so you can hear others in cabins next to you. The room was stuffy so had to air it abit as it had a musty smell but after wasn't too bad. Close walk to all other areas of the resort which was handy. Great security, felt safe there. It's right across from towradgi hotel, liquor store, we had dinner there and wouldn't recommend it, food was over priced and quite bland. Other eateries very close by so alot of options. About a 5-minute drive from the resort, which I would recommend over towradgi hotel. Overall the experience was good. Staff lovely, pool was a great size, but heated and not the best when the day is hot. Only issue was there is only 1 entry in and then had to walk all the way to the other side to exit the pool I found that annoying. I wouldn't be in a hurry to return here but the stay was good, not wow to consider returning. Close to beaches and shops so that was a PLUS.
