in the last weekEverything you want in a pretty leafy setting. Powered sites and cabins. Cabins are clean and comfortable. Laundry was great although $6 for a wash is expensive (only $2 for a dry… go figure!). Parking outside cabin is really convenient if loading/unloading from a car. Communal facilities are well appointed. Pools look great. It’s a 15min walk to town. Highly recommended.

a month agoI spent past few days at this park in a cabin.. On arrival the manager ( Gina) The Smiling Assassin made a point of telling me they have and have had very feral people staying in the park. I was told there is a curfew and all patrons must be back inside cabins by 10pm... I also witnessed her telling children there are some very naughty children in the park who are not supervised by their parents.. I got to the cabin to find the keys didn't open the door so I was told not to lock the security door because I wouldn't be able to open it again Next the air-conditioner was barely blowing any cool air, sitting at 25 degrees. Gina was not impressed that I complained telling me this is an acceptable temperature. The bed mattress was hard as a rock. One of the morning's I asked for some fresh linen, I was told by Gina 'this is not a motel' linen does not get changed, all linen is to last the whole stay. ( even though paying same price per night as a motel) One night the managers put on a sausage sizzle at a cost.. Gina had on black gloves for cooking, however she kept those gloves on walking through the park after cooking to the reception, then back to kitchen area, eating with the gloves on, scratching her head and then handling raw sausages again to cook.. The water slide was turned off at around 7pm and pool closed by 8pm even though it was still very hot 🌞 Reception is closed at 5pm.. Overall very disappointing, this woman should clearly NOT be running a holiday park... A very rude woman. I told her before I left she needs some training in customer service However the new girl who had just started was lovely

in the last weekI cannot believe the staff they have hired, particularly this senior woman, she had been overly rude and unkind towards all of us, as we were 6 families with kids. She made the kids wait to use the jumping pillow till 9 am, on the pretext of not having the keys, though the signage said opening hours were from 8 am. She also did close all the kitchen doors except just leaving one panel open, though the cleaning was finished around an hour ago. She came across as an aggressive person and was throwing the cleaning tools to show her anger and frustration. She should be given certain trainings as how to work and behave hospitality industry. Overall, the park is well kept and really nice, with big roomy kitchen indoors and outdoors. The pool is equipped with couple of small slides a s relatively of larger size. However, we would not come back due to her behaviour as it did cause anguish among us.

in the last weekThe holiday park is very very good and amenity good.. common toilets clean but not one clean it the next day.. as it waa raining and all the floor has mud etc.. on the other hand specifically one lady is very very rude and racial and ready to fight at loudest.. she had the problem with everything. All the reviews related to staff are correct and the staff is not at all supportive... they ruined the value of the park by behaviour but holiday park is good..

a month agoI had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with your night manager, Jenna. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but unnecessarily aggressive, leaving a profoundly negative impression on me and my group. Rather than handling situations with professionalism and respect, she treated us in an authoritarian and hostile manner, completely disregarding basic customer service standards. Despite the fact that it was not even 10 p.m., she rudely intervened and ruined our party. She refused to cooperate in any way, escalating the situation instead of resolving it. Shockingly, she went so far as to bring her husband into the matter, who threatened us with physical violence. To make things even worse, Jenna threatened to call the police, which terrified our families, especially the children. They were so shaken by the ordeal that they couldn’t sleep well that night. On another occasion, I witnessed Jenna ordering a client to move their car from a parking spot that had no signage indicating it was reserved for staff. This behavior reflects a complete lack of fairness and consideration for customers. Overall, Jenna's actions were not only unprofessional but deeply unsettling. I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately to ensure such incidents do not occur again and to create a safe, welcoming environment for all your guests.
