The new owners are amazing. I called hoping for a cat friendly cabin for the night, and they went out of their way to find one for what ended up being a two night stay. Our cabin is comfortable with a good a/c. We'll be back.

Stayed overnight 15/11/24 in 2 bed cabin4 with wife and our dog. Very small cabin advertised to fit 5 people. Queen Size bed in one room, hardly able to walk each side of bed. Other room with double and overhead bunk also looked very cramped, floor entering room may need work underneath. Kitchenette adequate for us, not much bench space. Round dining table with 5 chairs takes up too much room. Bathroom tiny. Toilet seat needs replacing plastic with split in it, wife got nipped sitting on it. Not happy! Only small bars of soap supplied for toiletries. No designated car parking spot, just park near to cabin. No internet. Travelling from sunshine coast to Melbourne this is the worst accommodation we have stayed in this trip for comfort and price. $175 plus $15 for dog. Couldn't imagine 5 people staying here. Lack of storage also.

I understand new management meant things are going to be messy and require some time to adjust. I've also checked the previous reviews from as far back as 11 years ago, unfortunately it seems like things haven't changed much yet. I really tried not to be too aggressive but didn't appreciate the little extra steps given to us when asking for help. Particularly, why ask us to run around the site looking for the manager when they could call her directly in the first place? I didn't end up finding the manager after a quick run and reception called her. I suspect she was not onsite and was managing another site. Otherwise reception's attitude was nice, up until I mentioned the wifi problem by which we started getting ignored, even a "give me a second I'll be back" would be more than enough. By wifi problem, I meant lack there of. At first we got very little to no signals. I asked if there's anything they could do, they said no, fine I understand. I'll just use mobile data, but unfortunately cabin 18 was about 95% a dead spot, with the exception of the window on the far left having a slither of unreliable signal. I spent some time trialling the distance of Wi-Fi's reach. The wifi signal reached about a meter just past cabin 17 next to our cabin 18. With no connection, we asked if cabin 17 was available, was told no because the shower was under maintenance, that's fine could've said so earlier since only 17 or 18 was pet friendly. Finally we decided to cancel our booking of 3 nights, and re-book for 1 night. Other things to note. The cutlery drawers were crooked and not supported properly and need to be pushed down and out to open.

Stayed here for two nights in the camper. Was a good stop over. Camp kitchen was clean and modern. The amenities we had use of were also clean. No complaints from me. The staff were helpful.

What great people that run the caravan park, we were unable to get a powered site as we did not book ahead and it was full but took an unpowered one then later owners came over to tell us someone cancelled so it was ours if we wanted how nice of her, and her daughter was very friendly as well. We stayed here last year great as you can drive through without unhooking and they are pet friendly with a dog run, Well done. Highly recommend
