a week agoCamp kitchen was hardly functional. Kids running around till 9 pm screaming. Laundry didn't work well, both driers never got hot and washing machine left clothes soggy wet. Better money spent up the road, It was overpriced and neglected.

5 months agoA nice, quiet park right on the waterfront, offering great sunset views and pleasant walks along the shore. There are a variety of waterfront sites and astroturf powered sites to choose from. The facilities are clean, and the showers are good. The resident kitty is a friendly little buddy, adding to the charm. Plus, it's just a short walk to the pub and supermarket, making it very convenient.

2 months agoJust spent a great week at the park , we used the ensuite sites which were spotless with astro turf next to the van . If you're after lush grassy sites, sorry, it's all grey road base with astro turf. All the sites are immaculately clean and raked of leaves and there is no litter any where. We don't have kids but there is a hell of a lot for them to do at this park. Checked out amenity block and it was spotless and there are two blocks. Ensuite sites are at the back near the main road but there isn't a lot of traffic so noise is minimal. A really great park.

2 months agoStayed in spa cabin , sheets on double bed were dirty, no dustpan no tongs had to go to the office to get the things that were missing. I'm highly allergic to dust mites so I'm very particular with cleanliness and the cabin floor under the dining table was dirty, spider webs around lights the kitchen TV was barely viewable with finger prints all over it . The main room has 2 bedside lamps and a double electric blanket but 1 PowerPoint on the window side of the bed so no good for the other person and the electric blanket didn't even work put it on all day and didn't heat at all

6 months agoGreat scenic park next to the ocean and well maintained. Many sites have synthetic grass surrounded by crushed rock and are level,there are some trees. Facilities include excellent toilets and showers, terrific camp kitchen, BBQ areas, laundry, pool, kids playground, mini golf, water slide, fish cleaning area and wonderful friendly staff. Town small.
