a month agoWe stopped in here with 0 expectations. We were pleasantly suprised. Cabin was clean and tidy. Perfect for an overnight. Fantastic little cafe and small grocery shop. Very secure, with electric fencing surrounding the property. Just at the edge of town, and very quiet.

2 months agoWebsite said they shut at 5pm. Called multiple times 20 minutes before closing and no answer knowing that we were going to arrive with 10 minutes to spare. Got told caravan park was full and she wasn't taking anymore bookings. Only got a spot because we told her our family were camping there, which they were. Once we got into the caravan park it was pretty empty. Lady clearly didn't want to be there with the attitude she had.

2 months agoWe stopped here for a night with little expectation and were pleasantly surprised by the standard and hospitality. We booked a budget room with ensuite which was compact but very clean and had everything we needed. There was a fridge, convection microwave and cutlery and crockery to make simple meals if needed. The actual camp grounds were well maintained and secure and the reception staff were kind and helpful in providing local information. There is a cafe onsite which we didn’t use. We would definitely recommend this accomodation for a stop over or short stay…

3 months agoJust far enough from the main street to be quiet and safe. Especially with electric fencing. Showers are a little ordinary. Park is big enough for 17metre rigs. Manager was great to deal with.

4 months agoA few nights each week we stay here for work, now we refuse to stay anywhere else. Staff are great, friendly and accommodating. The new fence makes it the safest place in town. It's the home away from home!
