a month agoWe stayed here on 2 occasions while travelling in our caravan. Dog friendly. Friendly & helpful customer service & lovely treed positions with great river walks nearby. Convenient access into Adelaide & surrounds. Aging amenities with updating of door closures & shower accessories are needed which is our only negative.

a week agoIts true what some other reviews have said about how cramped, limited space or if you have a caravan longer than 20ft trying to manoeuvre into a majority of the sites will be less of an ease. Thankfully i had a good spacious site without any problems. But there is only a hand full. Most vehicles have to park parallel near the road as you only get enough room to put your caravan and put the annex out. Because cars are parked parallel the problem is when you arrive or exit and you simply have an awkward time trying to manoeuvre, especially if you have a long caravan and vehicle. Great washing dryers area and card payment so no hassle trying to find change. Hot Water and flow great in the showers. Cleaned daily. Friendly staff. FLIGHT PATH regular noisy aircrafts but as curfews 11pm till 6am quieter. Near entrance to caravan park there is a children's play area, probably why not needed inside the caravan park itself, but there is a pool and sun lounges. Very close 5 min drive to shopping centres. I scored 3 stars for example as the amenities are ready for a complete from ground up to be nice inviting and modern. Gents a shower cubicle locked out of service for over a month, other shower tiles cracked, toilet cubicles pen messages or drawings u get the idea. At dark if you look up, the glass becomes refection, as its angled, so you could see more than u ask for , so dont look up at night and take a shower during daylight if that bothers you. Apart from that its a place that is in a good location near the city.

3 months agoThe park offers a good camping experience with its location just outside the city. Torrens river , accessible directly from the park provides a fantastic opportunity for morning walks or evening strolls. The powered site was a concrete slab with pebbles around that, and no grass so was difficult to set up a tent. Other than that, the spacious kitchen area is well-equipped, and the toilets and showers are kept clean and tidy. The laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers, cost of $5 per cycle each.

2 weeks agoWe stayed 3 nights. We got stayed in Torrens Cabin. They provide necessary facilities in the cabin. There is a nice walking trail behind the park.

3 months agoThis is a fabulous park in a fantastic location. I have no negative comments about the facilities and my room was wonderful. The only criticism is the lack of play facilities for children. The one they do have is too small and outdated, not ideal for the grandson.
