in the last weekWe stayed for 3 nights on a powered site in a 5m motorhome and dealt with Debbie in the office who was professuonal, friendly and has a great sense of humour. The camp sites are huge, so much space. We were on 33 which was great as we only had one neighbour but the sites are so wide it wouldn't really matter which one you're on, you'll have a lot of space to yourself. The camp kitchen got busy in the mornings but was always really clean and tidy, same with the bathrooms and the family bathroom is good if you have small children. It wasn't far to walk to the dam, and the Cafe has take away and dine in food to eat at the lake. Their shop is really well stocked so there wouldn't be any stress if you forgot something. The lake itself is obviously used by day trippers and tourist park customers and attracts a fairly eclectic bunch of people. There's young families, backpackers, grey nomads, tourists, teens, bogans and hoons yet everyone just gets along and has fun. It's a great spot and we will be back.

2 weeks agoAbsolutely amazing in the family glamping tent. Our kids had such a great time, playground was also very handy. We setup each day down on the water’s edge and enjoyed the amazing swimming conditions followed by drinks and bbq on our own verandah each night. Cannot recommend d highly enough.

in the last weekLovely spot to stay. Great for a swim in the lake but bring reef or beach shoes. Not much sand and a lot of rock!!

2 weeks agowent on Australia Day, nightmare!!!!!!! so busy and loud and music played until 3 but thats expected for a night like that i think ?? Toilets were clean and nice and there is running water, a bit of rubbish not cleaned up from previous people, and i did not like the lake too much. too many jetskis, boats and way too busy. I prefer Stockton lake or Black Diamond, much cleaner water and less busy

a month agoWas thoroughly impressed with LB Tourist Park when we stayed a few days ago! From a common kitchen kitted out with a shared fridge (never seen one at a camp-site before) with provided stickers / texters to label your food with, microwave, kettle, toaster, bbqs and hotplates, to clean bathrooms, a shop with all you could need (and even what isn't essential but super handy like water shoes) and a cafe serving brekkie and lunch, a good playground and all at the most stunning location, what else could you want from a camping trip? Absolutely loved our time! The colour of the lake water is to die for. Thank you team for a great experience! (P.S. the only feedback is the map, it's not actually very accurate and powered site 37, for example, was showing as being on same side of the "road" as unpowered site 40, when it's actually on the other side. Just a detail but should be corrected.)
