in the last weekNice park in a beautiful town but the manager is terrible. There was an issue with their online booking system … it made me pay by card to book then when I got there they said it wasn’t paid and I had to pay . The girl on the office was lovely but brand new to the job and didn’t know what to do , she rang the manager who I heard say over the phone she was at the pub . We payed as it was hot and the kids were tired and wanted to get to our site and get set up Eventually she turned up at our site and introduced herself as “I’m the the big boss “ she then blamed the issue on everyone else she could and was extremely argumentative and arrogant..eventually I told her to leave our site as I was over it and would chase it down for a refund if it came out of the account twice

2 months agoWhat a great park! The ensuite drive through sites are next level and worth every $$. Location is great and so quiet, 3 minute walk to the bowls club, pub and shops.

3 weeks agoStayed here for a night paid an extra 20 to have own toilet and shower. It was that terrible, the floor in the shower was black with mould. The toilet not cleaned it was a waste of money. They have not pride in this park BEWARE !
