3 months agoWhat a fantastic caravan park. We thought we'd be 'stuck' in Nundle on a long weekend but it was such a nice stay. Great town, great pub, a bit of retail therapy. The park facilities were excellent, sites roomy and shady and a lovely morning walk along the creek.

a week agoWe have just returned from our annual Boxing Day/New Year stay at Fossickers Nundle. We have been doing this for 10 plus years. It is a cracker of a caravan park. Super friendly Managers (Ben and Laura) and their work Team. In the lovely village of Nundle, such a great place to unwind for a week - great Pub, the river had a small flow with families taking a swim each day - there is a swimming pool outside the entrance to the Park. One of our yearly highlights is the local CWA shop - great jams/pickles/home made cakes and pies and craft work. Strongly recommend a pie from the "The Nundle Pie Company", available from the Managers Office - they are rippers - the best smoked Brisket you will ever taste. Also available from the Managers Office is a selection of Crawney's "Hills to Grills' Family Butchery meats - there is beef and lamb (is frozen) The park will be humming in January in conjunction with the Annual Tamworth Country Music Festival - there will be artists most days during the festival at the Pub, music at the Caravan Park plus some shows out at "Dag Stations" just a few clicks out of town. Nundle will also be hosting the "Nundle Rocks Festival from the 24th-26th of January 2025 Do yourself a favour, visit and support the country village of Nundle - there is usually something different happening every month of the year We will be back for Easter Denis and Lynne
