3 weeks agoGreat stay at the Pink Lake Esperance Caravan Park. Staff are friendly, its well maintained and clean. Kid friendly with play equipment. Laundry and ablutions block are also clean. We had a lot of fun here as we had a big open area for the boys to play and ride their bikes. I would definitely stay here again in the future and would also recommend this place to others that are considering a stay here.

a week agoWe stayed in one of the Thistle Cove cabins and I would not recommend it at all. It was underwhelming to say the least. It was clearly a trailer with some tin put around it for walls (I say that because the tow bar at the front is still there). The inside of the space is tiny; beds in the kitchen, a table squashed into one corner, making it impossible to to maneouver 4 people around the combined kitchen/living/bedroom. The second bedroom had barely enough space to get around it; it fit the double bed and that was it. The lino floor was coming up and the floorboards were uneven and the whole cabin shook when anyone walked around. The bathroom was equally as small. Barely enough room to turn around in. Early-growth mould in the corner above the shower. 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 5 days, with a charge for extra if needed. A few of the flyscreens were torn and there were holes in the walls. Not to mention the very out-of-date power points. There must be nicer cabins as we were right next to one that looked much newer, but the Thistle Cove cabins are out-of-date & in need of updating ASAP. The park itself is well maintained; lots of activities for kids, feels safe and other guests are quiet and respectful. Bathroom & laundry well-maintained. I would stay again at the park, but not if the Thistle Cove cabins were the only option.

a week agoDo not waste your time and money and go somewhere else. Myself and a group of friends booked in to stay here and were instantly met with not only terrible customer service but honestly just a terrible human interaction. On our first night a few of us were sitting around having a civilised chat when we were blinded by some high beams. Out pops Tim, all guns blazing. Apparently there had been a noise complaint coming from our general area which is hard to believe considering a) we were all pretty tired after driving the whole day to get there, and b) we had only returned from the camp kitchen a mere 5 minutes beforehand. Clearly his tactic was inTIMidation as right off the bat he approached us with an unnecessary amount of aggression even though we were all completely complacent. We all went to bed after that because he told us if we didn't we would personally pack all of our things for us. He left and after 5 minutes doubled back and had another go at two of my friends who were still up purely for the purpose of brushing their teeth. It is hard to believe that maintaining a quiet campsite was his motive as he caused a ruckus much loud than any noise we would have been making. We got the vibe that because we were a young group of friends he was quick to jump to conclusions assuming we would be loud disrespectful. We left the next day even though we planned on staying there for 3 more nights because we all felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

3 weeks agoWe have just had a great stay here with a powered site. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We just wish our fellow travellers would observe the polite message in the excellent shower blocks!! We would highly recommend Pink Lake. Thanks again. Cheryl and Roy. (UK)

a month agoReally nice caravan park. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the cabin N6 and it was great. Very comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen well-equipped. Wifi works súper fast. I would recommend this lace to anyone wanting to stay a few nights in Esperance.
