in the last weekThe only thing better than than the hospitality and exceptional customer service from Managers Allana and Les, was the high standard of cleanliness in both our cabin and the Park facilities. Our Cabin was spotlessly clean, very spacious and provided everything we needed, in a truly beautiful and peaceful location. The kangaroos and birds just added to the charm. Our stay was brief, however we will definitely be back for an extended stay. Cannot recommend this park highly enough !!👍👍👍

a week agoWe stayed for for 4 nights in the snug cove spa villa. The staff at the park are exceptionally great they treated us like family couldn’t do enough for us. Very close to everything to do in Eden. Seeing the Whales was a great experience for our family.

3 months agoLovely spacious cabins, meticulously maintained with modern amenities including a washing machine inside the villa. Lynn was incredibly accommodating. Although we initially planned a brief stay while traveling, we're very likely to return. Perfect for families with its excellent location. Highly recommended!

3 months agoPeter & Lyn, the relief managers were wonderful. Fairly large park with plenty of room in off-season and facilities adequate, although a little dated. Permanents are at the top end, so we were not really aware of them. We had a very pleasant stay, but I imagine it gets a little rowdy in the peak season.

2 months agoI so wanted to love this place. But how dilapidated our cabin was!!!! I wanted to sweep/mop the floor on arrival, because is was so dirty, but on searching the cabin all I could find was a broom and a flat broom/mop thing. Not a dustpan to pick up the mess that was all around us. And after moving a couch in order to see the TV, we found these empty bottles that had been left for who knows how long between rooms cleans. A lot of things were bad in this cabin. The hot water tap in the kitchen was loose and kept falling off. The cold water tap in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The front door would not lock or open properly and was at breaking point. On the positive side. The couple who were there managing the park, while we were there, were really lovely and helpful. As was the owner at reception. The location is great. A gorgeous walk to the sea through a reserve with much wildlife. Nice and quiet while we were there, Beginning August 2024.
