Dunleith Tourist Park

Enjoyed our 2 night stay in our camper trailer. Lovely friendly staff. Great amenities. Nearly needed a seat belt in the shower as the water pressure was fantastic. Close to main town area over bridge. Within walking distance to marine wildlife reserve and oven beach. So many pelicans it was a sight to watch them. Just don't count on the internet but they are trying to fix the problem.

I called up to book in for a powered caravan site on the weekend of a music festival. I am a family with five adults and was told I need to book 3 seperate sites as only two adults were allowed per site. Although this is an absolutely ridiculous policy that was not the biggest issue. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and was not helpful AT ALL. This is not the first time I have spoken to this lady and she was very rude last time as well. I have also sent multiple email enquiring with no reply. I purely would never go to this holiday park due to this awful service I was given.

We were about to book our mid week winter stay until we found out the price. Seriously, we love the park and its staff but unfortunately the prices are out of reach. $58 a night Dunleith and $40 at other parks some with ocean frontage. Sadly we can't afford to come back.

Booked on Friday afternoon for 2 nights waterfront villa was told by Lissa villa 3 over the phone arrived around 8.30pm collect keys go to villa 3 keys did not open the door to that villa called the park manager this little guy had a attitude saying that it was never villa 3 and then accused me of raising my voice and that he would just refund me and I can leave seemed like he wanted to throw his fists and argue which I did not raise my voice at all I went up to the office he was straight on the defence with every excuse under the sun. I know what I was told when I made the booking the guy was trying to intimdate and went on to say again ill just refund you and leave they said if I wanted villa 3 I would have to pay a cleaning fee to go into villa 3 what a money grabbing establishment they were in the wrong 1000% and wanted me to pay a cleaning fee??? After going to this place for years I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY Rude lying intimidating staff also the hot water ran out when having a shower within 5 minutes zero people skills no customer focus just rude poor disgusting service and a hero staff member that wanted to argue and threaten when they were in the wrong no effort from the little man to apologise and correct the error.DO NOT VISIT THIS OVER PRICED NON CUSTOMER FOCUSED HOLE MINUS 10 RATING POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE AND AN INTIMIDATING MICRO MAN MANAGER SHAME ON YOU BIG THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS PLACE.

Great location and reasonable rates in off season. Easy walk across the bridge to shops, cafe, playground. There is a public park right next door for the kids. Would come back.
