We were blown away by the effort that has gone into the Reno’s and refresh of this place. The new facilities and pools were so nice and a lot of thought has gone into the design to be really functional spaces. The sites are lovely and grassy with plenty of shade and space. I would have love to see a little playground but aside from that we had a really great stay and will be recommending to our friends.

Great caravan park terrific amenities and 2 swim pools. Well kept grassed sites and 3 minutes to the pub, good food and cold beer. It's a fishing place mainly so no swimming in the sea cos there's sharks and crocs.

I stayed at Dundee Beach Holiday Park from June 2023 for a few months. Initially I thought the park was and staff were terrific. I have worked in customer service for over forty years and I have always enjoyed helping people. Last year 2023 I had a site next to the disabled toilet as I am wheelchair restricted. If I noticed people carrying rubbish or laundry and looking for the garbage point or the laundry then I would point them in the right direction. If I seen rubbish on the ground I pick it up. Any way that’s the sort of person I am. Any way after about 2 weeks of staying at the park most mornings around the time of 5am to 6am some one would throw empty aluminium cans in the recycling can create one by one, not placing them in quietly but throwing them in individually with the intention of making as much noise as possible. This happened a few times in a few days. So I was getting annoyed and started to get up at 5am to see who the disrespectful person was. I noticed it was the chap from site 14 Ron is his name and he has the same site on a yearly basis apparently. I immediately went over to Ron and asked why do you make so much noise? Most people come away to relax we don’t need you to disturb our peace. He then told me that I act as though I own the place and it’s time for me to pack up and piss off. I asked him if he was the owner and he said he keeps a firearm close by and he has tools that he could cut my limbs off and then dispose of me and no one will be wiser. After threatening my life he stepped in his caravan and locked the door. I was outraged and asked him to come outside and we can have a punch on if he wants to. Any way I thought I will talk about this with Nyomi. A very short time later Nyomi comes to my site and goes off at me saying that I have to stop causing trouble with her regular customer Ron. I said hang on don’t you want to hear my side of the story. Nyomi replied no I love Ron and he has told me all I need to know and then turned her back on her and walked away. IS THAT WHAT THEY REFER TO AS KANGAROO COURT? This year I went back to Dundee Holiday Park and at 6:45am on a Sunday morning music is blasting not far from the site I had, I opened the curtain to see who was disrespectful and it was Declan the grounds maintenance manager who then flicked me the bird. I notified Nyomi and received no response. The next morning I saw Declan smoking a six paper roll your own as he was about to start work. I asked a respected yearly client if Ron from site 14 was saying something about me he said Ron said that he and I had a fall out last year but wouldn’t say anything about the factually truth of the matter. I will not be staying at Dundee Beach Holiday Park again as I have found a better place that is managed by true and honest people who have no time for narcissistic people or disrespectful staff. I can say majority of staff at Dundee Holiday Park are good straight people. If you are a person with good intentions then don’t go because Ron from Site 14 will probably threaten your life to get you out of there. I really need to get with Declan to settle a score even though I am wheelchair restricted Declan has really upset me and I need to have at least ten minutes with him to make him learn how to respect people with disabilities.

While the new pool, ablution block, and camp kitchen are impressive additions to Dundee Beach Caravan Park, our overall experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the reception staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which created a negative start to our stay. Secondly, our site had a tree directly in the middle, preventing us from enjoying the much-needed shade of our awning during the hot days. As a group of five who requested sites close together, four were next to each other, but the fifth member was on the opposite side of the park, while there was a vacant site next door for 3 of the 4 nights. Despite repeated requests to reception, our friends were denied access to the vacant site. It's a shame that these issues overshadowed the positive aspects of the park.

Stayed here in a caravan for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it. The Caravan park is immaculate and the Tavern was awesome. Had a meal at the Tavern which was very reasonable and really nice. The staff were very friendly, will definitely return. Also if you love fishing it's perfect.
