a month agoI came to Dubbo unexpectedly after a family member fell ill and was transferred to Dubbo Base Hospital. I stayed in motel room 3, and after a 12 hour drive I was very appreciative of the room I booked. The bed was comfortable and the room itself very clean. Both managers were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. It is close to the hospital and the shops. The only suggestion I would give to travellers is to bring a bottle of water for a coffee as the town water isn't the nicest. Hopefully I don't have another stay for the same reason, but if I'm passing through this would be my accommodation of choice.

a week agoWe stayed at this three-star hotel twice recently, and both times were disappointing. We didn’t expect luxury, but at the very least, we expected clean beds. Instead, the sheets on the bunk beds had visible dirt and stains. On our first stay, the bunk bed sheets of the top bunk looked like they hadn’t been changed, I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in them (I shared the double bed with my parents), and the second time, the bunk beds weren’t even made. While I can overlook a cockroach here and there (there were some on the first night we stayed), the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff were also abrupt and unresponsive to our complaints about cleanliness. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. It’s disappointing when the bare minimum expectation of a clean, made bed isn’t met. (The photos taken below were from the second stay).

a month agoWe had a large cabin. The cabin was very clean. All crockery and cutlery was in place. Comfortable beds and lounges and the living area is spacious. Quick drive to all amenities, Dubbo Zoo and airport. The park internet was the only negative being very patchy.

3 months agoThe herb garden and camp kitchen were nice and the amenities were clean. The photos were our view ,front and back. Very lazy site maintenance. Also reception may want to re think " What do you want? " as a greeting . This park should not be under the GDay banner. Can't recommend and won't return.

3 weeks agoEmergency stop. Found this place and was a winner. The cabin and staff are awesome. Had everything we needed, including being pet friendly which was bonus, as we have our little dog with us. Thank you ❤
