a week agoToo many kids 8.30 pm still running around bouncy pillow and outside our caravan doesn't seem to have any rules that are enforced by owners. We booked months ago 3 vans no kids but they decided to put us next to the bouncy pillow which was supposed to be closed by 6pm and obviously not will not stay again

a week agoWe did enjoy our stay at Dongara Tourist Park, but mainly for the friendly locals and town itself. The park was alright, a far cry from the manicured green lawns that I was expecting from the other reviews I have read. Perhaps the slab sites are this way, but our sites grass was patchy and had the last caravaners dog poo squashed into it, making a noticeable stench whilst outside. The one amenity block needs upgrading. The cubicals short walls and shared open channel drainage make you feel uncomfortable. The cabins look great!

4 weeks agoSuch amazing managers on reception. Broke down a short drive away late at night, they answered so promptly and were so kind and understanding. We were able to reach the park and immediately felt better upon entering reception. Honestly 10/10, above and beyond service. Can't thank you enough Osnar and Valentina.

3 months agoOur chalet was very well set up, roomy and comfortable. It was clean, had a coffee pod machine, and the beds and couches were comfortable. It had a stellar view of the ocean and easy access to everything. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

2 months agoWe stayed there for one night. As such, difficult to provide a detailed review. Having a big rig, we had more than enough space for both our caravan and 4x4. Staff at Reception was friendly and very supportive. Amenities are dated, but clean. The camp kitchen does not have washing up facilities. Although a lot of sites had full concrete blocks, which could easily accommodate our caravan, we ended op on site 76, which, with a good downpour of rain, will be a swamp. This was our main reason for pulling out earlier, as major rains were forecasted. The entrance road into the park is dirt and in serious need of an upgrade - a lot of holes and is sure to turn into a slippery mess with a good downpour.
