a month agoAbsolutely THE BEST bolthole, quiet, clean and very friendly staff, comfortable, warm and safe. The best was availability of parking, right outside the door. We had a delightful stay over and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this park to friends and family. Quick bookings good directions to find the park and all amenities available. We will be back! Thank you Vaughan and fellow staff members

a week agoWe stayed with friends and found the staff not very accommodating. We were unable to camp next to each other despite requesting it several times by email and phone calls prior to our stay. Staff stated this was due to no grass powered sites available that were large enough to fit the camper trailer. There was a vacant site next to us larger then the one allocated to them. The one allocated couldn't fit their anex but the vacant powered grass site next to us would easily fit the camper and anex. This made a challenging stay with 3 kids under 2 between us and having 2 sites allocated either side of the park for no reason at all and no anex to use. The facilities were great and the kids loved the playgrounds. If you like a quiet night I wouldn't recommend staying here. Although everyone was quiet and respectful, all night there is planes taking off close by, trains with horns blaring and multiple sirens. We'll stick to camping at open farms in the future!

in the last weekWe were booked in from the 4th Oct to the 9th. Unfortunately we broke down & had to be towed to the park with our caravan. We asked to extend our stay or some kind of help. We were refused. They did give us one extra day but was told to make sure we were out by 11.30am. Having no car & no help was becoming very stressful & depressing. On top of it all my husband was injured. We did get help from a gentleman who towed our caravan to our next destination. So discovery park swan valley really need to get some compassion. Very disappointed. Also the amenities were very dirty.

2 weeks agoI deleted my previous review as the respondent from Discovery Parks said I'm a long term park resident at the park. I'm definitely not. I'm a visitor. I have never lived there. I have called the park reception 5 or 6 times and left a message for a manager to call me back. I was told only they can help with my query. I was assured they were busy and would call back .... they never did. I also was told to email the park. Which I did. I rang to check they had my email. They did and said they had forwarded it to the manager. Again no response. I have also visited reception a couple of times, only to be told the managers were busy and to leave my details, which I did. Again no response. This has been going on since early August. Shocking service and lack of response.

a week agoWe stayed at rear of the park, we have a caravan, great spot. Would've been better having amenities close by. Would stay again.
