3 months agoStayed at the park in a suite on 22-06-2024. The staff here are amazing. Friendly and professional service. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely presented. Was very quiet and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Roxby Downs. Look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

5 months agoThis is an excellent Van/cabin park. While Roxby Downs is an arid area you don't really feel like it's arid. There are plenty gardens, grassed lawns and the cabin we stayed in was nicely presented. Staff were to notch. We will be back.

5 months agoThis is the best Caravan Park I have ever stayed in - I'll repeat that - THE BEST! My reason is very simple - the best staff I have ever encountered. From my first phone call a month or so before, the staff (especially Greg) could not have been more helpful. When we arrived, everything was ready for our stay and we were even given chocolate and cheese and bickie packs. We were off to tent the Oodnadatta track and so needed to leave our vans. The park had a safe place to store our vans and didn't even charge for the week they stayed there. On our return, everything was sorted so that we could be accommodated if we were late. I cannot recommend this caravan park more highly. So worth making the detour to Roxby Downs - a lovely town with so much to see.

7 months agoWe were totally blown away by the amazingly friendly, helpful, caring management at Roxby Downs Discovery Park. After car problems saw us staying at the park while repairs were being done it was such a blessing to have a supportive team do all they could to help us during a stressful time. They even offered to help us with shopping if needed. To add to our woes, our caravan air con had trouble in the heat and we spent a couple of nights in a lovely, clean, well appointed room - a true haven from the heat! The park is well maintained with lovely green grass and garden areas and fabulous gas BBQ as well as camp kitchen. We would totally recommend this park to travellers, and truly could not fault amenities, management and maintenance. Thank you so much for all you did for us but mostly for caring - it meant so much at a difficult time.
