Discovery Parks Port Augusta

Stored our caravan here for 3 weeks while travelling back to Tasmania to visit our kids during Xmas 2024. Not a single weed or leaf on the gravel van sites. Nice little cross road hub and we have not encountered any issue with the locals. The Park was pretty safe and the stuff were very friendly. Highly recommended Park but due to work commitments and the distance, we had to leave earlier. A big thanks to the stuff for looking after our van site while we were away. Thank you so much.

The facilities here were amazing, working dryers washing machines, clean showers, toilets and a lovely pool. The grass was green perfect for our baby to play on with good shade when we rocked up. The customer service skills over the phone was 5 stars how ever when we checked out in the morning i wasn’t greeted and the lady was quite rude considering its a holiday park and your supposed to make people staying feel welcome maybe she was just cranky that morning i dont know but it dosnt take much to act happy to work and meet people.

Best nights sleep in forever! Stayed in one of the motel rooms. Without a doubt, it was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Simple, but dont let that fool you..... Everything that you need is there ready for your stay. Not modern........ but who cares when the rooms are so beautifully presented. Comfortable bed crisp sheets and cushy pillows. Enjoyed a lovely hot shower with the perfect water pressure in a bathroom so sparkling clean. One can tell after a stay that this park is lovingly cared for by its staff. With everyone I encountered providing a professional and helpful service. With a late check-in and a little sleep in the whole experience, it was just so easy. Would have loved a swim in the clear cool pool, but alas not enough time on this visit. Thank you, Discovery Parks Port Augusta. I will definitely be back!

We stayed only the one night in a cabin. We had our dog and camper trailer. The staff/reception were more than hospitable putting us in a perfect cabing for our needs. Shout out to Peta in reception, she was exceptional in her caring manor, where nothing was ever a problem. Thankyou so much for our stay. We will be back for sure.

Best sleep on our trip so far ! Extra comfy beds, entire park was very clean and well kept, staff were very friendly and helpful, cabins were very cosy, and best of all pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
