a month agoBooked the Ensuite powered site for 4 nights. Definitely planning to come back for another camping trip. The facilities are so far my favourite we’ve been to. My kids and the other camping kids would plan to meet up every morning at 8am, and wouldn’t come back til late at night when they’d end the night with a fun game of hide and seek before curfew. Definitely a highlight for our camping trip. I’d have to beg my kids to come eat for lunch, so they’d bring a new friend each day I can’t say enough great things about this place and the staff. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The cafe was a great feature for the days I didn’t want to cook breakfast. There’s a water playground 3 mins away which the kids also enjoyed on our day around the town (also 3 mins away). There’s also a walking trail to town and the shops, but it’s a good 3 min drive away. Great location.

a month agoLovely caravan park with a cafe at the front also. But to crowded felt like we were on top of each other. The toliets were disgusting the cleaners would come but not even clean them. I went in after them and nothing was done. No soap for one whole day, no toilet paper in some of the toilets . There should be someone checking the toilets 3 times a day as it is a very busy caravan park and not many toliet blocks ethier. Also my children missed out on the jumping pillow as there were these kids that were 17,18 jumping so high and running across with no care for any of the little kids on there . Youse should have an age limit for the jumping pillow and parents should all be there too. To prevent accidents from happening.

6 months agoSuch an amazing park, it’s huge with beautiful cabins that have great views of the river, large sites with beautiful views of the lake and clean amenities. We’ve been to this park numerous times and can’t believe what they went through with the floods, having to rebuild the entire park and how far they’ve come. Each time we go back more and more has opened, and so much hard work’s been put in to getting the park to where it is. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. One of our favourite parks to visit, can’t wait to get back there.

4 months agoSpent Christmas here and was thoroughly impressed by everything that they had to offer. From the great location and views to the superb pool and other facilities. It's a terrific holiday/camping destination...Even when it rains.
