a month agoWhat amazing time we had at Maiden Inn, from the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like superstars. The three ladies on duty on Friday 27/12/24 @ 4.30 pm were fantastic, organized a Park supervisor to guide us to our powered camp site as we had a 12m RV to park, was so appreciated. Booking cabs into town for us, all day long Park supervisor cleaning, keeping the Park beautiful. All the toilets and shower were in abundance and pristine every time we used them. The community spirit in this Park was amazing. The outdoor door night movies were great, and cricket during the day fantastic. I highly recommend this venue to everyone, young, seniors, families and couples absolute 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

a week agoFantastic park for families! Right on the Murray River, fabulous on-site water park and pools. All within walking distance. Fantastic rooms, very spacious with all the cooking facilities you'd need. And there is a shuttle bus you're able to book to and from the Moama RSL, which have wonderful, well priced meals!

a week agoRecently booked a River view site with not much shade for caravan, however due to extreme heat I asked if I could change to a more shaded site. The girls working reception on Sunday were more than happy to help and we were able to pick our nice new site with plenty of shade. Great holiday was had and the girls on reception were so helpful.

3 weeks agoSuch a nice park. Staff were very accommodating to a request as it wasn’t super busy. Very nice facilities. 1 request is to increase the time out for the lights in the bathrooms. Showered in the dark after a while until someone else walks in.

2 weeks agoAfter booking a year in advance and asking for the same cabin that we had stayed in before, then being told it was all booked. We have just arrived and been given the keys, only to find out it is a different cabin, nothing like what we were booked into, supposedly the same price, but no spa and no view of the lake that we had last year, tiny TV, we had to sit at the dining table to watch it because it was hard to see the picture properly from the couch, there were cobwebs all around the cabin and on the decking, shower was so small you were always knocking your arms on the wall when trying to wash yourself. Not sure if we'll be back next year. Maybe if we had been told in advance and given a proper explanation, I would accept it, but to be told none of the spas are working ( which seemed a bit to convenient that they were all not working) and we could move you tomorrow, (after all the unpacking is done), I might have been OK with it.
