Discovery Parks Fraser Street Hervey Bay

For starters we had a late check in and the lady I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful.She explained how a late check in worked and eased all my concerns. When we arrived at the property the kids were absolutely stoked with the location as it was right near the swimming pool and jumping pillow. Then we walked into our cabin, it was super clean spacious and homely. We placed our things away and immediately went for a swim in the pool. It was a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and playgrounds all in walking distance! And only a few minutes drive to all other activities we had booked in. We highly recommend and have already spread the word to everyone. Thank you so much!

Charming little park with more than enough amenities for the average person. Spacious sites, and, despite the fact that one third of the park is being repaired, it didn't feel cramped. Friendly management who were prepared to do anything for us The cleaners are great as well. Also, the bird and turtle life is brilliant! My only complaint? The way some people treat these beautiful places and dedicated staff! These places should be able to rate customers! "Paying for a service" doesn't equate to "treat people and places like garbage" Thanks guys! Would camp here again

Probably one of our favourite locations. We were upgraded to a Safari tent right on the lake. The tent was amazing. It had an awesome balcony and even a bbq on the deck. Service was amazing, staff very friendly. Lots of bird life, even saw eels and tortoises in the lake. Stayed 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. A great location also, could walk down to the beach and walking trails.

While back from the beach would seem a disadvantage, we found it actually a much quieter location and really only a short walk to the beach and nightlife. The facilities are very good and regular events like life bands, bingo and sausage sizzles are great. Sites are very generous and relatively easy to get onto.

Easy check in, kids loved the play equipment and turtles! Beautiful park and lots for the kids in the park. There was only 1 dryer working at my end of the park and and one out of order. The other laundry at the front had several dryers however another also out of order. Still enjoyed our time.
