a month agoIt was honestly a great experience, with a great view of the river. The rooms were also nice and clean with comfy pillows and blankets. In the cabin I stayed at there were 2 bunk beds and one double size bed in a 2 room cabin. Along with this in the kitchen there were plates and other utensils like toasters, as well as a hair dryer and other things like soap and lotion provided. Not only this there were 2 TVs one in the living room and the other in the room with the double size bed. And there was easy access to the water activities to the cabin. So overall this is a great place to stay however not much to do in Echuca other than visiting the museum at the port and horse riding at the Billybong ranch, and other river activity like boating and hiking so if you come it will be a great place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view Hope this helps anyone booking

2 weeks ago- Terrible phone service/wifi (couldn’t even send and receive calls/text messages while at the park) - The ammenities are not evenly distributed throughout the park. Our site was so far from any of the ammenities blocks and we had young children in a caravan with no bathroom that needed to be taken to the bathroom several times throughout the night. It is really not good enough, for the size of the park they definitely need another ammenities block closer to the side with the splash park to accommodate the sites closer to there. - The park run out of toilet paper and wasn’t replaced for half the day. We went multiple times to the bathrooms throughout the day and the toilet paper had still not been replaced. - The ammenities ran out of hot water and people were having cold showers (in the morning when it is the busiest time for showering) was still no hot water half way through the day. - Also no fault of the parks but was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with other park patrons. It was soo busy and there were so many entitled rude people with no respect for anyone else. We saw a lot of fighting between children and adults around the splash park/pool area and the kids jumping pillow and pump track area. - Splash park area and toilets constantly smelled of urine. Only pros were the site we had was very spacious (although no shade) and there was a lot for the kids to do to keep busy. Overall wouldn’t be rushing back. Definitely need ammenities added closer to the caravan sites nearest to the splash park area. Worst experience with this we’ve ever had.

4 months agoGreat location Accommodation not so great. My eldest didn't want to sleep in the bedroom. The Accommodation smelt and was not very clean. The wifi ..there was none.. I booked it for the kitchen and wifi but this did not work. There was hardly any reception. That needs to be taken off the website. The kids room was tiny. We were right at front and the constant traffic of cars meant we needed to keep the blinds down and windows closed. Not sure we were compensated. The location is perfect..near the river. Great walks. I paid $330 per night. I would have liked two of what everyone else got.

2 months agoOffice ladies not the friendliest! Powered sites were great...however just double check bookings before arrival. We booked online months before our friends how booked by phone. Our sites were split and when questioned was told ours was an unsecured booking (deposit paid). We were put on a site that had been cancelled...had they not cancelled We wouldn't hv a Had a site. Disable amenities are within regular shower block...wheelchair access not possible and door was very heavy for person on crutches. Also not being a stand alone amenities it meant carer couldn't enter if they weren't same sex.

3 months agoWell no hot water in main shower block for a week, terrible WiFi on Telstra, and when a group of us planned for a games night of billiards and table tennis the room was shut down at 8.00 on a Friday night, even in daylight saving. Not sure why they are opposed to people having fun on a holiday? Anyway overall lay out of park was great and amenities such as camp kitchen was well provided. Just need a little more attention to detail
