2 weeks agoFamily of 4, we recently stayed for a few days and had the best time. The cabins are very clean and everything is provided, the pool area and kids areas were amazing, the kids had the best time. The staff were so kind and lovely. We would highly recommended this park for all families travelling to Dubbo. Such a wonderful park and friendly environment

a week agoWe stayed in cabins which were clean nicely renovated on the inside. Very impressed with staff and the facilities at the park. We received a text letting us know cabins was ready and could check in around 12pm which was a great feature as we were in Dubbo already. Pool area was great and perfect for all ages.

a week agothe park was great for the kids with 2 pools and splash area with waterside. had a safari tent which was great. we were there on 37 degree days so the aircon struggled to keep it cool inside during the day. At night time the aircon was able to cool it down nicely and was great to sleep in.

a month agoWife and I were stuck in Dubbo with a broken down car and 4 kids under 8. Booked same day to stay a night here and we had a wonderful time. Firstly, we had 1000 pieces of luggage they let us stow in reception until we could check in. Second, we got a text as soon as our cabin was ready (well ahead of suggested check in time). Third, the cabin was awesome! Our kids loved it, especially the four bunks in one room. There was enough room next to the very comfy double bed to fit our travel cot too. And the room was blissfully cold thanks to 2 air con units, despite Dubbo being 38 degrees. Very very clean as well - wife is OCD and she was impressed. Fourth - the pool area. Really clever 3 interconnecting pools that our kids could spend infinity time in. Our 3 year old can't swim, but she loves the big slide which was very small kid friendly and our 7 year old went down it 1,000,000 times. There was another pool under a shade sail and protected from the sun and had a really big kid friendly shallow area which was another hit. Made it possible for me to relax while being vigilant at the same time of drowning risk. Finally, we got a late check out of 2.5 hours which let us get the car fixed and picked up - returned to the mechanic and picked up again. Overall park was great and would stay again. The humanity shown by the staff really made an impact for us - they wanted to help and that got us out of trouble. 11/10 would stay again.

5 months agoConveniently located right near the zoo. Amenities very clean. Laundry had a few machines on the blink so just had to be patient with doing laundry (but what park doesn’t). Would definitely book a drive through van site next time as can be a challenge to back her in when surrounding sites are full. Pleasant stay.
