Discovery Parks Coogee Beach

We stayed in a 6 people cabin almost a year ago. Nice, clean and tidy, perfect for families, beach and playground nearby. Only issue is sand being dragged into the room by the kids, no matter what we did it ended up in the bed some how. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Extremely poor room cleanliness. First room had cobwebs and tiny spiders everywhere on the ceiling and the floor made my feet black in a matter of a few minutes. They do provide a "mop" in the room which consists of a sponge on a long stick, but no floor cleaner. So even if their idea is you clean your own little cabin, you cant do it properly and they wont provide their own cleaning supplies to guests, it could be they dont have cleaning supplies? I initially requested a room move which they couldnt accommodate due to being full (busy weekend) so i requested a refund and i was going to stay somewhere else but they refused. Wasnt until my Wife went and complained again that they changed their tune. Abhorrent experience, maybe stay here if you have a family you don't love and kids you neglect.

In a nice location, a short walk to the beach, 15min drive to Fremantle. The facilities are a little run down, no park for kids etc. however we based ourselves here & explored Perth & found it in a good location, out of the hustle & bustle. The staff were lovely & provided the kids with a free activity book.

Although this park wasn't for us as we wanted to bring the grandkids, its location on the beach was brilliant if you love the beach perfect spot. James on reception gave exceptional service.

Stayed in our caravan at this park. The staff were friendly, helpful & well organised & affient, always busy attending to the parks upkeep. The amenities were well maintained & cleaned regularly. The sites were a good size with lovely shadey trees. An extra bonus having the beach path right there, with a great park with BBQ's, playground & cafe at the entry. Wonderful! We will definitely be back.
