a month agoWe booked so-called 'Superior' Family Villa in September for four nights paying above $800. Unfortunately the 'superior' villa has a smell of mold, presumably connected to a wobbly floor in one bedroom. We have reported the issue to the office, but they were unfriendly and not helpful. We are from interstate, and could not find an alterantive accommodation due to high season, and had to stay for two nights out of four. Needless to say the Holiday Park refused to make a refund for two nights. Although the location is good, I cannot rate this business with more than a single star.

a month agoWe have a powered ensuite site , sites are generous and facilities are excellent. Have stayed here for 2 months quiet spot but central to Cairns city and northern beaches, love it.

2 months agoBeautiful park in a quiet location surrounded by lush mountains. Very busy and people were very packed in but everyone was friendly and even though we stayed on a Friday night there was little noise. Amenities were clean and never busy for the amount of people at the park. Camp kitchen was huge and had toasters, kettles, small oven and microwave as well as BBQs. Pet friendly was why we stayed and although we saw lots of others with dogs there wasn't any annoying barking. The freshwater creek by the side of the park was an amazing place to take the doggo for a swim. There is also a shopping centre 5min drive away so that was handy. Great park. Will definitely stay again

a month agoStayed here before over a decade ago. It is still value for money and quite and just out of the main hustle of Cairns. The only issue we had was a smelly drain (in the bathroom) but apart from that everything else was clean, working and top notch.

5 months agoGreat park to stay at whilst in Cairns. Surrounded by rainforest. The Managers are great, park is maintained lovely and the camp kitchen has everything you need and spotlessly clean! We spent 2 weeks here including a 5 night trip to Melbourne where we were allowed to keep the van where it was just unplugged for a very reasonable rate. We appreciated Crystal Cascades hospitality and Highly recommended
