a week agoAvoid staying here. Sad run down and dirty - specifically the country house. Filthy, missing carpet, mould, dead flies, smashed windows. curtains barely hanging on, one tiny old pan to cook with, glassware with lipstick stain, plastic tubs for side tables, no fans in two of the rooms. Gas cooktop is dangerous, hard to light and when it does it’s an huge uncontrollable flame. The bedding is a single sheet and a very thin blanket which is not at all comfy able enough to keep warm. Overall grubby and charged $670 to stay for 2 nights. Attached are all photos. Tried to communicate our dissatisfaction with Trish to whom was rehearsed rude and no understanding she just stated she is “well aware of how the house looks” and “she will speak to the area manager tomorrow” over and over. No resolution to our complaints here and the worst customer service from her. Oh and no wifi for the entire weekend and weren’t told about this prior. AVOID.

3 months agoVery nice clean tidy place to stay. Very easy to book and more than helpful when booking in. Sites range from very flat to a couple where there is a bit of a rise in the ground, overall not too bad though. There are grass and concrete pads so plenty of options. The showers and toilets nice and clean, tidy and very functional. Will be back.

2 weeks agoNeeded to stop after a long hard day including a breakdown, very tired and running out of daylight. Office all closed up. When I phoned, I was told they don't operate after hours. Very helpful, I must say, not!!! Went on the Crows Nest Showgrounds. Cheaper, quieter, and good amenities, and no "NO AFTER HOURS"
