3 months agoStayed here 2 nights, Old school feel with friendly staff. We have a large van so was pre warned about water issues to our site which wasn’t a problem with full tanks. Amenities while old were exceptionally clean with a mop suppled. Pub, shops and MTB park close by. We’ll be back again in 2 weeks

5 months agoBooked this park on a Monday to stay Thursday for 3 nights and had to pay for all 3 nights. Due to my partner testing positive to Covid on the Monday night I rang up first thing Tuesday to cancel and get a refund told by lady on reception she would talk to manager. No call so sent email got a response to say no refund and referred to cancellation policy no refund within 7 days couldn’t give 7 days as only booked 3 days ahead. No refund but said they would hold booking in credit for 6 months. This appears to be greed at its best not very fair. Would never recommend this place. We considered we were doing the right thing in not going and spreading Covid to other park users, as it was I tested positive on Wednesday.

7 months agoLovely quiet park, good sized sites, clean amenities, walk to town, bike tracks in the area, open fire in the camp kitchen, friendly staff. Have an issue with their water supply, so take your own drinking water, we were told that on booking, so no problem.

10 months agoThis is a nice little park and ideal if you love outdoors, hiking walks, and cycling and exploring. The park is beside a beautiful lake where you can swim picnic and walk. The park is small and quiet, and although clean, for the most part, it is old as far as the amenities, camp kitchen goes. There were no games room or equivalent for indoor play in bad weather conditions. A lot of cockatoos, kookaburras, some wildlife, and beautiful bushland.
