5 months agoVery helpful check in people,offered heaps of advice of what to see and do in the area. Tidy facilities,my only beef was a couple of boy racers tearing past on the highway at some early hours, but I guess that's the problem being do close to main road. But all in all enjoyed our stay

4 months agoFantastic stay during the Vic Bream Classics event. Rooms are always clean and tidy, facilities are good and staff are very friendly. This is our third stay and we’d be happy to recommend to anyone visiting Warrnambool

5 months agoI would not recommend this park if customer service is important to you. After leaving an honest and fair review about our stay, they proceeded to harass, bully, and abuse us (sharing blatant lies about us and our dogs) from 5 different accounts on our social media platforms. A review of their Facebook page will show they do this to anyone with an honest review.

3 months agoNot a holiday park it was run like a prison Had all these rules and regulations They were sniffing around to make sure we where living by the rules as we were God forbid if we weren't Our puppy dug a whole a size of a golf ball and said we can ask you to leave because of that.so we got a spoon and covered it up He was such a grumpy it spoilt our holiday Couldn't wait to leave And it's right on the highway it was so noisy Don't bother NRMA up the road is %100 better office staff there are beautiful Went there for a week And stayed a month as I loved it so much so go there don't bother coming here

9 months agoGreat Place to be on Holidays. Host was always ready to help even if we call them at 8PM, they still arrive to check even there was not any issue. Heartfully Thanks to the Host. Unforgettable stay. Highly recommended. Great Park for holidays to stay with kids. Jumping pillow, Games room and swimming pool was the great place for kids. so we can relax
