Central Warrnambool Holiday Park and Motel

Great check in was great very informative, reception staff were lovely. Room was very clean and suited our family perfectly. Kids loved the jumping pillow and pool was also a big hit. Was also lovely to see owners of park out and about having a chat to guests. Would definitely stay here again.

$380 for 1 night in an old apartment was a bit how you going. Just the 1 little soap for 5 of us. Then had to empty bins, I thought they might have squeezed that into the $380. Credit to staff for allowing us to check in an hour early. Park looks clean and tidy.

The man came and aggressively banged on our camper door and told us we had to leave at 9:30 at night because we had my two old dogs inside our RV. He claims I was told no pets, I wasn't and he claimed it says no pets at Christmas on the website, it doesn't. It says pets only on campsite, I'm on a camp site. He also said he would only refund if he could sell the site. I'll be making a claim through other options like VCAT and ACCC. He Was so rude and it wasn't necessary, my girls felt so uncomfortable.

Booked this place for two nights stay, I have asked for a cabin but have been told there is no cabin available so stayed in the motel room without soap and shampoo and was not very clean. The owner deceived the customer that there were lots of cabins that were available and the worst thing was they overcharged for not clean room.

My room is spotless and well equipped with great water pressure and absolutely top hosts.
