4 weeks agoWould not recommend the chalets during summer here. We booked over Xmas and the 2 bedroom chalet we had been assigned was so old and dodgy compared to the photos shown online. It states online that the rooms have slight variations but this was gross and not even close to what was being advertised. We originally booked for 6 nights, but after 1 night we had to leave. The air con was struggling to get the chalet cool and we had 3 power outages as everything in the unit kept tripping. With two young children - we had to leave as it was as if we were stuck in a sweat box. In saying all of this, the service of the maintenance guy and the lovely girl behind the counter was great. It’s just ashame that the accommodation was so bad and in desperate need of an upgrade as well as being totally falsely advertised!!!! We were told upon leaving that we would receive a partial refund for the difference due to the above issues. This was back on the 21st of December. We were told it would take time due to public holidays etc to come through. We are now going on 3 weeks and still nothing!!! I called today and talked to another lovely lady, but unfortunately she had no idea what I was talking about as there were no notes on the system?!?!?I’m annoyed to say the least.

a month agoVery professional and helpful staff, Mel is great! We stayed there two nights in a powered site. The park is well maintained and is good value for money. We would definitely stay there again!

a month agoDon't get sick whilst staying there. I ended up in hospital, solo traveller, rang the park as i was due to check out, was told not to worry, my van would be looked after, then was promptly charged $52 a night to keep it there, which was more than what i paid to begin with, and i wasn't even there! This was not mentioned during telephone conversation

a month agoTerrible Experience – Mismanagement and Rudeness We had a horrible experience at this campsite. Months ago, we called to reserve a night, but when we arrived, they claimed we had booked the wrong date. They also insisted they had called to inform us, but we never received any calls and were never out of signal range. The receptionist was extremely rude to my friend, who had made the booking. At the time of the reservation, they said they would send a confirmation email, but it was never sent. Now, we’re left without a place to stay for the night because of their mistakes and false claims. To make matters worse, we haven’t even been refunded for the money we paid. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.
