Beachport Caravan Park

A lovely place to stay, right near the beach, and an easy walk to shops. Showers were awesome, and everything was clean, and well maintained. We stayed four nights, initially was only going to be one night, but we loved it there. An easy drive to Robe or Southend, and a base to explore Lake George from. The town was quaint, prices were acceptable in the well-stocked general store, and there were plenty of walks to do in the area, including walking the long, long jetty… 772 metres long!

We spent 2 nights in one of the cabins and were very impressed with the whole park and the great people who run it. Although we arrived after office hours we still caught up with our host who had just turned on our cabins heater, because it was getting quite chilly, much appreciated as we were travelling by motorcycle! Beachport is a fantastic little town, definitely worth a visit if you like the seaside.

Beautiful town and fantastic caravan park! I drove the family from Melbourne for a quick 5 day visit and was worth every minute of the drive. What a beautiful town and fantastic caravan park! Great amenities, fun games room and playground for the kids, as well as a beautiful beaches to explore and relax on. We stayed in one of the luxury apartments which was literally 30m to the beach, making it easy to come and go as we pleased. The apartment had everything you could possibly want, including ocean views to watch the sun rise in morning. The park staff were super friendly and helpful with information about the local area. The town is only a 2 min walk away and has everything you need. A great pub, bakery, general store, fish and chips and cafe with the most delicious coffee! It was easy to fill our days with activities for the kids. Access to a huge pier for fishing and a great golf course directly behind the caravan park where you can literally walk into the 3rd hole. Overall I would have to say one of the best caravan parks and most beautiful quaint beach towns I have visited. Really great if you have kids like us, or I’m sure equally relaxing without. I couldn’t rate any higher. 10/10 Joel

Nice little park, bit tight to get in without asking people to move. Facilities pretty good but the cleaners could employ some jif on the sinks. Staff very helpful.

We had an incredible stay at Beachport Caravan Park! Denise and Brian, the owners, were absolutely lovely – so helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was just right. We stayed in the seaside apartments, and the views were stunning, with the beach and jetty right on our doorstep. The amenities were spotless, and the park was so well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the jetty, cafes, and local store. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gem in Beachport!
