in the last weekStayed in the studio deluxe cabin. Room is fantastic and very new and nice but only reason for lesser stars is the noise and interrupted time whilst here.. firstly at night a possum or rat in the ceiling running around which I can understand you can’t help but then 3am the people next door packing for the airport we heard every noise and voice. Then to top it off the cleaners came in at 7:30 and were so loud and moving stuff around making it sound like a moving company followed by loud talking.. no thought for the people next door when check out is meant to be 10am.. we would of been able to enjoy our sleep in if they started after this time. disappointed in how much noise and loss of sleep we received staying in one of these cabins. Just be prepared if you stay in one.

in the last weekAfter searching for a decent place to stay, we found this place by a struck of luck. At first, I was a little skeptical of the place, it sounded a little too good to be true (as in price, size and location) but it turned out to be a good place. Below is the description of how I have experienced this place. The good, the bad and the ugly. We stayed at this place for 15 days. The good: Excellent, friendly staff at the front desk, service with a smile. This place is located very close to the airport as well as good nearby shopping and dining options. Very quiet neighborhood, very good sleep quality in terms of outside noise. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. A nice TV with Netflix (you need to use your own account) bathroom is ok and water pressure and temperature are also reasonable; Kitchen is well equipped. The place is kept clean and tidy, and we had no issues with the apartment. The Bad: There is only one heating/AC unit in the living room, that is not enough for the entire apartment, it was very hot in the rooms, or it got really cold, the heating/AC unit was only good enough for the living room and dining area. The Ugly: Now, this is where this place is lacking: the Wi-Fi. That was a major letdown. It is 2025, many of us do remote work, or online classes, it is essential to be able to have good Wi-Fi, unfortunately, it was spotty and not 100% reliable. I truly hope the management takes notice of this problem, and works to fix the issue Summary: Would I stay here again? Yes! by all means, the place offers an excellent return on investment. Good value. Already looking to book for my next stay in the area, hopefully the Wi-Fi issue will be fixed by then.

a month agoClose to airport but far from city. The room we got was really nice and clean. Bed was comfy and the reverse cycle AC worked good. Decent amount of storage space and an extra blanket (which I didn't realise until our last stay) also it would've been nice if the shower was detachable. This place has a games room which has got a ping pong and pool table and a small gym which is awesome. It's a close distant walk to a few food places, iga, park and laundromat (the village has a laundry room as well). The price for this place is pretty decent. Very happy with what we had gotten 👍🏻

5 months agoWe stayed at the Airport Tourist Village Melbourne on the night of July 31, 2024. While the rooms were nice and the facilities were clean, we encountered a significant issue with the heating. The heater in our room did not work properly, making the room very cold even with all the available blankets. This was particularly concerning as we had our two young children with us. Due to this, we decided to cancel our upcoming booking for August 5 and have opted for different accommodation to ensure our children stay warm. The staff was responsive and polite, but unfortunately, the heating situation made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

2 months agoWe used Airport Tourist Village Melbourne for a stay in Melbourne and we were thrilled with out studio cabin. Everything we needed. We really liked that we could park at the door and did not have to carry our bags very far. We will definately stay again :-)
