3 weeks agoI was really pumped for this place, as it's in such a great spot, but unfortunately the beer was below average. I tried 5 different beers, and didn't really like ONE of them....this is not what usually happens for me at a new brewery. I visit basically every brewery I get anywhere near (#brewerytravel), and this is a rare occurrence for me (and my partner in this case). The staff were nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was pretty good, but decor was rather random and eclectic...but without good beer, I don't really see the point. Maybe the beer will improve? I hope so.

3 weeks agoYou read some of the reviews about the owner's behavior, try not to take into account, once you get there you understand what they mean. So avoid it. Someone talking loudly on the phone before 10:00 a.m. down the corridor by the rooms and look at the guest, before even greeting, and complain because you check in around 11:00 p.m. the night before, claiming late check in coukd disturb other gustes. She keeps saying "in the future in the future" as if I ever go back there. No, I would never return. Again, talking loud with you and on the phone near the rooms early morning. She needs to work with inmates in jail not with tourists. You have to be very hysterical to yell at the guest knowing that the guest did nothing so just guessing that you could have done. Again, rude, histerical and unprofessional. Avoid this place. That's why it is empty.

4 months agoVery friendly owner with a beautiful guesthouse. Close to the beach and with their own brewery as the cherry on top. Their draught beer is definitely on of the best beers from Australia.
