a month agoIt's the worst of the worst. 1. It was from Wednesday to Sunday, and now they're insisting I pay the money right away if I want to extend it for next week. It's all about the money. 2.This is the kingdom of animals. they combine into one at night. 3. Because of the notice, I mentioned two weeks ago in person that I would be leaving. Even before leaving, I asked how it would work since I'm leaving on Sunday, and they said I could just return the key and pillow on Saturday, and my deposit would be refunded by Tuesday and Wednesday. But today, they came back with the contract and said they couldn't refund it because I didn't fill out the notice form. What the 4. They call it a farm, but it's more like working as a slave. Plus, I have no idea how long I'll have to wait during the downtime. I trusted it because it was run by Koreans, but it turns out you can't always trust Koreans. It's just unfortunate that you can only see the trees and not the forest.

3 months agoAVOID AVOID AVOID! This hostel is a complete pig sty, the place is always dirty and the management literally do not care if you live or die. To them you are just another number and they will speak to you like dirt and have no real care if you have a good stay here. There are far better hostels in bundy.

5 months agoThis hostel has the best location in bundaberg. 2 mins walk to Hinkler Central with Coles Woolly and Kmart, KFC. Also the owner has a very strong network and connections with the local farms. I got my job since the next day when I checked in. It seems like you can definitely get a hourly paid job if you check in here, and no need to worry about the transportation because my favourite driver Tim is always helping us to go to work or pick us back. Lovely place, recommended to visit them and have a look

2 months agoHow insane amount of money do they take away from you just for staying this squalid place. Well, however Bunderbarg is notorious for backpacker manipulation and exploitations, this place is the worst given the opinions I got from my friends staying at different places in Bunderbarg.

5 months agoEnjoyed a yummy lunch of Smokey Texas Burger and the Chicken Karaage. Both meals were very generous in size and went down well. Staff here are always nice and the service is good.
