The caravan park is well-maintained, with clean facilities Both local pubs serve excellent meals, making dining out a breeze. The friendly managers go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Overall, a great base for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful region.

a month agoHad a mid week staycation in the south east exploring all the wineries, restaurants and caves. Stayed three nights in a cabin at the Penola Coonawarra Caravan Park and loved it. Perfectly situated in the region with easy access to all the best attractions of the area. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again same time next year.

4 months agoI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Penola Coonawarra Caravan Park, and I can't recommend it highly enough, especially for travelers with dogs. We stayed in one of the dog-friendly cabins, which provided great value for money. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. One of the standout features of this caravan park is the crew running it. They were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The park's location is perfect for exploring the surrounding Coonawarra wine region, and the amenities on site were more than adequate. We're already looking forward to our next visit. If you're passing through Penola, this caravan park is a fantastic choice!

a month agoBooked into the caravan park at an ensuite powered caravan site. Great grassed site, clean and well appointed ensuite. Easy to park our large rig. Front desk was so helpful. Happy to accomodate our dog. Used the laundry which was very good with washing machines and quick drying dryers. The caravan park is situated close to the many wineries.
