We stayed on the grass powered site in our caravan. Such a pretty park. We'd grabbed a last minute booking and the lady that served us was very helpful. The park is quiet and the creek running by is an added bonus! Great spot to stay for hiking.

The caravan park is undergoing upgrades and improvements since new management and the place is looking fresh and appealing so why have i scored low stars is because i have not experienced rooms, i have only visited and i have not stayed at the resort. Upon booking enquiry a few months ago a staff member was what you may call passive aggressive behaviour which sadly has doubt me moving forward so i won't stay there. The location is in a valley and there is none to 1 bar mobile signal telstra and optus that i have frequently experienced, the caravan park have starlink to provide customers internet access but it appears to not be the best from what i hear. If you have your own starlink you will be fine and your mobile theu wifi calling on modern phones will provide you with mobile coverage. It is close to mitcham shopping centre about 7mins drive. It is sheltered but during winter and spring with shade from the sun it can be cold, even when having a coffee at the kiosk which is a nice cafe on the caravan park. Down the back of the caravan site there is an unsightly view at toilet block of vehicles tarpaulins vans congregation horrible look and would scare off anyone who would not want to be put near them plus a further walk to the other amenities for toilet and shower use which are better. The pool doesnt look inviting as to its location and size, i think that the pool and play area could be dramatically improved and with all the cabin upgrades, new cabins under construction and new site flooring i hope they have funded to be spent on that too. A noisy buggy petrol or diesel spoils the natural beauty location and although they have another golf style battery buggy for cleaners etc i wouldn't be happy to hear that noisy thing first thing in the morning or to wakup to. Belair national park caravan park has so much more to offer, full mobile 5G 4G signals, tv reception, walk into national park free and 10mins walk flat to picturesque views lake and only minutes drive to shops coles etc.

We love the low key, rural feel to this park. It is so close to the city and the new grass matting is a great inclusion on the majority of the powered sites. The on-site Cafe and nearby walking tracks are fantastic. Very dog friendly too.

For the price its a tad expensive, however your paying for the quietness and peace. Stayed here for 3 nights during homeless and re location. Upgraded to 1 of 2 tiny house. Shocked was no exhaust fan in bathroom and showering well you shower first bath after cause there's more water on the floor than the shower. No hand rails & very easy 2 slip being plastic alcotrove. Incredibly slippery wooden steps with no grip & a heater that's non existent more air con. Yes there is no phone signal however not caravans fault simply in a valley. Wifi is sufficient. Don't know if will be back as expensive for the experience. Thanks
