a week agoRecently stayed at Discovery Parks in Port Augusta and had a fantastic experience. The caravan park offers excellent amenities, with modern and comfortable cabins that made my stay really enjoyable. The park itself is well-maintained and provides everything you need for a relaxing stay, from clean facilities to friendly and accommodating staff. Whether you’re in a cabin or a caravan, this place has a lot to offer for both short and extended stays.

2 months agoAfter seeing the high security fence around the perimeter and substantial metal entry and exit gates it felt a bit like Fort Augusta in Port Augusta. Good sized easily accessed sites largely on a crushed rock surface. The amenities appear to have been renovated not that far back so are nice and fresh. Friendly helpful staff. Strong mobile and TV signal. Pool area, games room looked nice.

3 weeks agoWe stayed on a power site and the only issue we had was the site wasn’t level. The rest of the park was nice, amenities were clean (however, the baby change room only has a bathtub and no actual changing facility table). The park was safe and secure and there is a playground.

3 weeks agoWe are delightfully happy with our 4 day stay at Discovery Park at Port Augusta! Very clean amenities, lots of cubicles, no red dust into caravan, and lots of activities! I would highly recommend this place for everyone. Thank you. Elizabeth Knight.

3 months agoDo not stay in the motel it backs onto a noisy road with early morning foot traffic too. Stay inside the park for a quiet stay. Great camp kitchen, small playground better suited to older kids. Lots of cameras to help you feel safe and late night on call security to respond to aggressive guests in the middle of the night.
