a month agoBest nights sleep in forever! Stayed in one of the motel rooms. Without a doubt, it was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Simple, but dont let that fool you..... Everything that you need is there ready for your stay. Not modern........ but who cares when the rooms are so beautifully presented. Comfortable bed crisp sheets and cushy pillows. Enjoyed a lovely hot shower with the perfect water pressure in a bathroom so sparkling clean. One can tell after a stay that this park is lovingly cared for by its staff. With everyone I encountered providing a professional and helpful service. With a late check-in and a little sleep in the whole experience, it was just so easy. Would have loved a swim in the clear cool pool, but alas not enough time on this visit. Thank you, Discovery Parks Port Augusta. I will definitely be back!

3 months agoAfter seeing the high security fence around the perimeter and substantial metal entry and exit gates it felt a bit like Fort Augusta in Port Augusta. Good sized easily accessed sites largely on a crushed rock surface. The amenities appear to have been renovated not that far back so are nice and fresh. Friendly helpful staff. Strong mobile and TV signal. Pool area, games room looked nice.

a month agoRecently stayed at Discovery Parks in Port Augusta and had a fantastic experience. The caravan park offers excellent amenities, with modern and comfortable cabins that made my stay really enjoyable. The park itself is well-maintained and provides everything you need for a relaxing stay, from clean facilities to friendly and accommodating staff. Whether you’re in a cabin or a caravan, this place has a lot to offer for both short and extended stays.

a month agoGreat service and reasonably priced. The pool was lovely and great little gym. Very clean amenities $4 a load for washing. It is Port Augusta so not a lot of grassy areas but that's to be expected. I'd rate it.

a week agoGreat staff, slightly dated but very clean amenities in good condition, pet friendly. Has huge gates and fencing but didn't feel unsafe at anytime here, not sure if they've had issues in the past. Has everything you need and is close to town.
