I had several major concerns during my recent stay at the caravan park on a camp site. Whilst I understand it was a busy period, I believe more staff should have been employed, not fewer, to ensure the park was properly maintained. The bins were overflowing over multiple days with seafood, dirty nappies, and other waste, leading to heavy unpleasant odours throughout the park. Some of the tiles underwater in the old pool were broken and sharp. The toilets and showers were both unclean and clearly not serviced during my stay. There were exposed, sharp concrete areas on the ground, which caused cuts to my feet, and some of the sites were steep and not well benched, making them difficult to navigate. I tried to raise some of these issues with management but kept missing their opening hours and they were closed on Christmas Day. These issues significantly impacted my experience, and I hope they will be addressed to improve the parks overall condition for future guests.

Stayed at a campsite in the Van and it was awesome. Great location with 2 pools a splash park for little ones and spa a pool. Right across the road from Lake Tinaroo which is beautiful.

One of the best places to stay for a family with young kids. The splash zone and pool is a great place to hang and use up energy. If you visit during the school holidays, they have a whole 2 week holiday program.

Where do I begin Got lumped with a site down the back of the park as far from the pool and reception as possible. The site slanted 4 different ways and was impossible to level, we contacted the reception to possibly move sites and eventually got a call back offering for us to move to a different site. 45 minutes later of course so we ended up sticking with the original site and sucking it up. My problem is not with reception, they were wonderful and super helpful. My problem is with that site being used in the first place. The two next to us on either side were both completely empty the whole long weekend and from what I understood they had been black listed because they needed maintenance. Reception kindly mentioned that our site was also due for maintenance after the long weekend Tough luck for us I guess The ammenities at the back of the park are horrible. Water constantly running in the showers, they simply won’t turn off. Just overall really underwhelming However the new pool and splash park were wonderful and I can see that they’re definitely trying to get this park up to scratch Just not sure we should be paying the same as the blokes at the top of the park with level sites and working, clean amenities

The park is an older park and looks tired. The amenities could do with a good clean out but most of the showers work. Sites vary so might pay to have a look at what you are given. Probably would stay again. Reply. Definately stayed at your park. The blood stained elastoplast is probably still in the bottom shower block next to the cob webs. So yes, you clean daily but a good clean is required hence my review.
