3 months agoGreat caravan park with extremely clean amenities. Staff are friendly and engaging. We were lucky enough to arrive in time for the Saturday night camp oven dinner. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food and music. What more do you need? Huge congratulations to everyone who works here. Highly recommend it to everyone.

a month agoOwners are very friendly, but didn't mention the happy hour whereabouts or time. So unfortunately missed out as our site seemed to be away from most of the other vans. Site was up a slight incline the owner directed us in and he was amazing how he got us between a tree and the slab inch perfect.

4 months agoFriendly and informative staff, incredibly clean amenities, lovely shady powered site (grass!!), loved the group dinners with great food, the bush poet. The best park we have stayed in for a long time. A reflection of an interesting town and its proud residents.

2 months agoThis review updated.... Despite booking early and being G'day Parks members (in my wife's name), we were allocated a dirt (not gravel or grassed) caravan site DTPS 29 for 2 days (22-23August24) in full sun all day (no shade whatsoever) and already populated with black ants ... rather disappointing.. When mentioned to office staff, was met with the comment "Oh, I haven't been to that part of the park for a while". Elsewhere around the park looks attractive.. Perhaps future clients can ask, when booking, what type of site has been allocated to them.

5 months agoMixed bag this one. Friendly check in, then get the follow me do as I say to park your van. OK but the final parked spot was less than 1 metre from a rather large tree. Not much room to manouver with cabinets. Tricky when leaving. Not much room between sites, which are clearly marked. Some van sites are flat, some fairly sloping. Showers are very small...caravan shower size. Best to not drop the soap. The shower head was small style, not great. Shower floor was in need of proper clean, tiles old and stained. Unlucky to have our van parked next to a metal fabricator. Loud grinding noises during the day. Pot holes common on the dirt tracks between van sites. A new feature here...the dump point is enclosed in a metal shed. Pool available, free wifi. Laundry has a clothes dryer.
