2 months agoWe stayed at the Airport Tourist Village Melbourne on the night of July 31, 2024. While the rooms were nice and the facilities were clean, we encountered a significant issue with the heating. The heater in our room did not work properly, making the room very cold even with all the available blankets. This was particularly concerning as we had our two young children with us. Due to this, we decided to cancel our upcoming booking for August 5 and have opted for different accommodation to ensure our children stay warm. The staff was responsive and polite, but unfortunately, the heating situation made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

6 months agoStayed for the first time last week, and was most impressed! They have everything you could want for an overnight stay or a longer holiday. Airport transfer is available as well as long term parking. Extremely good value for money - cooking facilities also available in the room, which we were not expecting. Will definitely be staying again!

8 months agoIt was the first time my husband and I stayed here. Stayed in the studio unit. How convenient to go to the airport with their free prompt shuttle service( if booked directly with them) and the free parking is a bonus. Comfortable stay, pleasant staff. Had a good night's sleep. Such a good location. Lots of cafes and a bistro that serves delicious food. Highly recommend.

6 months agoThis is our second time staying at this lovely establishment. Our cabin was immaculate and had everything we required for our seven-night stay. The games room and gym were wonderful additions, and I only wish I had spent more time utilizing them. I can highly recommend 👍
