6 months agoJosh and Jana are the best. We have been coming to Buckenderra with our family for 30 years now and without fail they always go out of their way for us. Jana is great with handling those that try to do the wrong thing making it a very family friendly park. We really hope the owners appreciate just how much Josh and Jana do…they are an absolute asset to the Park. We love the location and it’s our happy place. 6 months agoLove Buckenderra! Jana and Josh are always so accomadating. The annual Easter egg hunt and Easter colouring competition has my kids excited to come back every year. There is so much for the kids to explore and roam free safely. We can't wait to come back next year.

6 months agoWhat another great weekend at Buckenderra Holiday Village. This year marked 30years of Easters there. Jana and Josh could not be more accomadating. Jana treats the kids like family. The massive Easter egg hunt is the event the kids look forward too every year. Will be a very sad day went Jana and Josh arnt there to great us. The cabins have all that is needed for a stress free weekend away. The weather turned it on and a few fish landed in the boat. See you next year!

6 months agoOur Easter stay at Buckenderra, run by Yanna and Josh, quickly went downhill due to a rude welcome and a lack of safety briefings. The situation escalated when we were unfairly evicted because our children were using an unsafe pontoon which had no warning signs, accompanied by verbal abuse from Yanna. This issue could have been easily resolved if management discussed any issues with me or any of the other parents. The poor condition of the cabin and Yanna's dangerous driving highlighted a neglect for guest safety and well-being. Our experience, filled with safety risks and management issues, underscores the need for significant improvements at Buckenderra to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for future guests.
