3 months agoThe room had all that we needed and more and was nice and warm. Alas, the last users hadn't cleaned some articles well (and one item not at all), none of which was picked up before we moved in. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Love being able to cut through the back fence to make a quick walk into town. Will come back.

a month agoThe cabin wasn't clean, with minimal amenities, made us hire linen for the bunks even though we paid for the extra people? Beds were uncomfortable, the kettle was filthy, plates and spoons were still dirty, liquids and food pieces all through the fridge. The aircon worked, plenty of things to cook with.

a month agoI booked this accomodation for an upcoming event in the area we were to attend. 24 hours later we had a family emergency and had to cancel all of our plans. We lost a of lot money including our 1 night accommodation here. We are aware of their cancellation policy but only because it was emailed to me at my request, it was not explained at the time of booking. After multiple phone calls and an email I was told they wouldn’t refund even a potion of the fees taken from my credit card. They relisted the room over the weekend that we couldn’t attend and still couldn’t sell it. So in the end they kept it listed, they didn’t have to reclean it, they literally did nothing and still took our money. We had hoped to replan our trip for later in the year but this caravan park is black listed from our itinerary. Very poor business ethic in my opinion and will be sharing our experience with our travelling friends. EDIT on 14/10/24 after your business reply. Maybe get your facts right before you respond. Our booking was ONLY made on 3/10/24 and cancelled on 4/10/24 for a one night stay on 5/10/24. And even when I did try to cancel the staff couldnt find my booking. Also don’t try to say we knew the policy when we booked, we were NOT told over the phone. I spoke to 3 different staff members about my booking and none of them can give me consistent information. Your business model is a disgrace and I will call you out on your lie filled response.

a month agoThis a great park. Amenities are meticulously clean . Sites are level and staff are really nice. Really close to supermarket and main street. We've already booked to return.
