5 months agoWe have been camping here for years. Great camp ground that's out in the state forest. 2 drop toilets at this campsite and fire pits. It depends on what provider you are with but mobile coverage may be limited. This never worries me as I don't want to be disturbed while enjoying the world. If you need to check your phone or get an internet connection, just walk or drive back up the hill (10 min walk) to the main road as the camp ground is in a gully. Highly recommended if you're looking for a free camp ground, easy to access and gives you the feeling of freedom.

a year agoPerfect spot to camp, less crowded atm. We’re blessed to hv this pleasant weather and sunny today! It’s a free camping, limited camp space, short steep gravel to the campground but the camp surface is flat. There’s no dump station, no telstra service but yes, there’s one drop toilet

2 years agoGreat camping spot, easy access about 1km of gravel rd from main road. Many camp sites, toilet, close to creek, bit muddy atm but didn't stop anyone camping, sites fill quickly- first in best dressed. Lots of campers but all respectful, can hear the water running in the creek and sounds of nature surround you.

2 years agoQuiet spot with a couple of long drop toilet facilities. Peaceful river runs around the campsite. No walking tracks and not much to do. A few Goanna tracks around. It looked like someone was living at the site and had been set up for quite some time. Was very disappointing to see some campers leave their rubbish behind, although this is not a reflection on the campsite.

3 weeks agoGood camping ground but access to the camping area is difficult you need a 4x4. But we did enjoy our time there.
